ABOUT THE EVENT:

We’re bringing some festive magic to Exmouth this December with our Christmas Market on The Strand!

Taking place across three Saturdays in the run-up to Christmas, the market will offer a welcoming festive atmosphere for local residents, visitors and families looking to shop local, discover independent businesses and enjoy a day out in the heart of Exmouth.

Visitors can enjoy Christmas music, a selection of delicious food and drink, a dedicated children’s craft area and a festive bar, alongside a range of independent craft stalls and local food producers.

Our aim is to create a lively, family-friendly Christmas destination that celebrates local talent, supports independent businesses and brings the community together during the festive season.

Whether you’re looking for unique Christmas gifts, handmade decorations, delicious local produce or simply a festive treat, there will be something to enjoy.

Join our Christmas Market

We are inviting local craftspeople, makers, artists and food producers to be part of our Christmas Market on Exmouth Strand.

With three dates in the busy run-up to Christmas, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, connect with new customers and be part of a festive community event.

We welcome high-quality, distinctive and seasonal products, with an emphasis on independent businesses and local producers.

Whether you specialise in handmade gifts, jewellery, ceramics, textiles, artwork, Christmas decorations, baked goods, preserves, confectionery or other locally produced treats, we would love to hear from you.

Trader Dates and Times

Market opening hours: 10am–4pm.

Traders should ensure their stalls are fully set up and ready before the market opens. Further details regarding arrival times, vehicle access, unloading and pack-down arrangements will be provided to confirmed traders.

Stall Prices

We offer discounted rates for traders booking all three market dates.

Save by booking all three dates!

Traders save £30 by booking the full series

Prices cover the stall space only (up to 3m x 3m). Traders should provide their own gazebo, display equipment, stock and any other equipment required for trading.

Trader Requirements

To help ensure a safe, professional and successful event, all traders must meet the following requirements:

£5m Public liability insurance

Gazebo and weather protection (must be securely weighted and anchored in accordance with event requirements and prevailing weather conditions)

Traders must ensure their stall, equipment, stock and displays are safe and suitable for outdoor conditions.

Traders should maintain a clean, tidy and professional display throughout the event.

All equipment and products must remain within the allocated stall space (3m x 3m)
