El Ray Del Taco specialises in authentic Mexican masa tacos. Our tacos are freshly made Taste Of The West award winning masa tacos loaded with delicious rare breed meats such as pulled smoked brisket, pork and chicken. As with the rest of our business, we only source local rare breed and high welfare produce (see our rare breed page) from family run organic farms across Devon. We’ve also serve a delectable plant based vegan selection, with dishes such as pulled smoked jackfruit, banana blossom ‘fish baja’ and roasted & torched cauliflower.

We finally serve our lovingly prepared taco’s with a selection of handmade salsa, pico de gallo, avacado crema, cashew crema, salsa roja, baja sauce, salsa vrde and grilled pineapple salsa, then topped with lime pickled red onion.

As a more substantial offer, we also make or own nachos. However, these are no ordinary nachos – we dust handmade blue and white nacho chips with Tajin seasoning and paprika, top with unctious nacho cheese, add fresh pico de gallo and jalepenos, then dollop a liberal amount of avocado crema. Choose from a variety of protein toppings, including our authentic chilli, slow cooked with Longhorn beef and made with Ancho and Guajillo chillis.
