After much recipe development and food tasting (it’s a hard life), we’ve just launched our new Taco pop-up, El Ray Del Taco. We will be endorsing our overiding principles of locally sourcing the best high welfare produce in the most ethical way, whilst delivering banging flavours and melt in the mouth protein. We’ve got all those celiacs covered with a 100% gluten free stand and also have some lovely vegan recipes in the bag, from smoked pulled jackfruit to adobo cauliflower and baja banana blossom.
